;We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Associate Experiential Marketing to support theplanning and on-ground execution of Pacifics events, exhibitions, stakeholder engagements and dealeractivations. 1 3 years of experience in events, activation, marketing, project coordination or related roles with strongorganizational and execution skills. Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders and working under tight timelines. Willingness to travel and work on-ground for events with strong communication and interpersonal skills. High ownership, energy and attention to detail.What Were Looking ForThis is an opportunity to be at the centre of Pacifics events and market activations, with significant hands-onexposure to building the brand through physical experiences.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, energetic and execution-focused, someone who iscomfortable being on the ground, coordinating multiple moving parts and making events happen.
;Key Responsibilities
- ; Support planning and execution of brand, product, stakeholder and industry events including venues, vendors, invitations, guest lists, logistics and event materials.
- ; Coordinate event setup, branding, product / sample requirements and guest experience and support on-ground execution.
- ; The successful applicant will be a hands-on, high-ownership marketing professional who can take responsibility for their workstream and contribute to building Pacifics marketing engine.
