What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, interview and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build strong talent pipelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Drive hiring with a strong focus on targets, TAT, quality, closure and offer-to-join conversion.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations effectively.
• Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
