Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate / Executive – EXIM & DGFT to support export-import documentation, DGFT licensing, and compliance activities for our Aluminium manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process E-BRC and Deemed E-BRC on the DGFT portal.
• Maintain Advance Authorization records and update import, export, sales and procurement transactions.
• Apply for Advance Authorization and EPCG Licenses and support EODC completion.
• Maintain E-BRC, Form-A, certified invoices, deemed export invoices, licenses and other EXIM records.
• Prepare and verify Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and export checklists.
• Post and maintain RoDTEP data in SAP.
• Link and maintain Form-A against respective Advance Authorization.
• Create GST invoices for local procurement on the DGFT portal and verify Shipping Bill details.
• Coordinate with Banks, CHA, Customs, DGFT and internal departments for documentation and compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of export obligations and maintain accurate EXIM records.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com is mandatory.
• M.Com / MBA will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in EXIM, DGFT, Customs, Export Documentation, Logistics or Commercial operations.
• Basic understanding of DGFT, Customs and Export-Import procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good English communication and attention to detail.
• Candidates from Aluminium / Metals / Manufacturing / Engineering industries will be preferred.
