Role & responsibilities
Prepare ESOP scheme documentation as per client requirements
Handle approvals from merchant bankers and stock exchanges ( NSE / BSE )
Coordinate with depositories ( CDSL/ NSDL) for corporate actions and share transfers
support clients on ESOP activities and follow up on billing and payments
Stay updated on NSE/BSE and insider trading regulations
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or post -graduate in commerce, or CS
0-1 years of experience; freshers welcome
Good attention to detail and communication skills
