Associate Engineer

The Associate Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, maintain issue records, and conduct product/application demos and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software
• developers, network engineers)
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients
• Conduct Product / Application online demo/ training for our customers to track issues
• through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
• Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until
• they ve solved technical issues

Required Skills Qualifications

• Candidate Specifications:- Communicate fluently in English (Both written and
• verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Poised and patient when dealing with clients.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Advance excel and Power Bi
