Job Summary
As an Associate Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development,
enhancement, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications supporting eDiscovery
and legal technology solutions.
You will work closely with product engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality, reliable software using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role is ideal for
professionals with strong foundational development skills, problem-solving ability, and
eagerness to grow in modern software engineering practices.

You will work closely with product engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality, reliable software using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role is ideal for

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET
technologies
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and web applications
- Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and
implement solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and
retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best
practices
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback effectively
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects
- Work with existing application architecture and database structures (primarily SQL
Server)
- Support deployment, maintenance, and production troubleshooting activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
- Assist in technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc).

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in .NET application development
- Strong understanding of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or Web API
- Exposure to .NET Core / modern .NET frameworks
- Good understanding of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, relational design)
- Knowledge of REST API design and development
- Understanding of Dependency Injection and basic design patterns
- Exposure to multi-threading and asynchronous programming
- Experience with unit testing and writing testable code
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
