What will your job responsibilities include?

• Manage the complete employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless joining experience.
• Handle employee retirement and demise-related processes with sensitivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Employee Relations (ER) team on PR and EPS-related queries.
• Support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including loans, transfers, reimbursements, and other employee services.
• Process relocation invoices for employee transfers and new-joiner cases.
• Manage and coordinate training-related processes for the business.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to Provident Fund (PF).

What skills and qualifications are required?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Comfortable working in a six-day workweek environment.
