1. ROLE PURPOSE

The AD-Kargil wing of DCPD shall be responsible for technical placement readiness for Super-elite BE-CSE and allied

computing students. The incumbent shall establish a structured, industry-aligned and data-driven technical training

ecosystem that systematically improves:

Problem Solving → DSA → Core CS → Project Development → AI/Cloud/Devops Readiness → Technical Assessments

→ Technical Interviews → Placement Conversion

The Associate Director of DCPD shall be accountable not merely for the delivery of technical training, but for its

measurable impact on student technical competency and technology placement outcomes.

Operating principle: Training is an input; technical competency and placement outcomes are the output.

The Associate Director of Kargil Wing of DCPD will own the complete technical-placement-readiness cycle:

Industry Trends → Recruiter Skill Mapping → Student Skill-Gap Analysis → Curriculum & Training Design → Trainer

Capability → Student Training → Technical Assessments → Remedial / Advanced Interventions → Technical Interview

Preparation → Placement Performance Analysis → Curriculum & Training Improvement

2.B KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CSE placement technical training master plan creation & update every year.

Design of Semester-wise technical curriculum & Lecture plans of each course of all semesters.

Industry-aligned technical competency framework.

Student technical assessments & benchmarking every week.

Teaching DSA, Full Stack, AD BMS, AI, Cloud, CN, OS and System Design.

Technical content preparation.

Ensuring Technical trainer productivity.
