Associate Director

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Revenue Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, with hands-on implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, and the Quote-to-Cash process.
• Ability to configure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures.
• Experience building advanced logic: product rules, price rules, automation flows, guided selling.
• Knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition setups.
• Knowledge of integrations with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Agentforce.
• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation experience.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (mandatory).
• Revenue Cloud Consultant (mandatory).
• Agentforce Specialist (desirable).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (desirable).
• Platform Developer I & II (desirable).
• Integration Architecture Designer (desirable).
