About Role:
Market Analysis Lead Generation
- Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities.This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Lead Identification:Identify and qualify potential land opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts (brokers, landowners, developers).
- Networking:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem, including brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities.
Client Relationship Management
- Client Needs Assessment:Understand client requirements and objectives for land acquisition, including size, location, zoning, and development potential.
- Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Communication Presentation:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of the land opportunity.
Strategy Reporting
- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking:Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and deal closure progress.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams

- Understand the Cushman Wakefield brand and expertise of services delivered to ensure all opportunities to provide a full-service offer to clients and staff is available
- Comply with Cushman Wakefield policy
About You:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Development within Real Estate/Industrial Logistics sector
- Good understanding of Industrial market is preferred
- Graduation in any stream.
