Associate Director - Technical Delivery Lead (Software Engineering)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale Java-based microservices applications using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the development team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the application architecture, design documents, and release notes.

Job Requirements :

• 13-18 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of Spring Boot framework for building microservices architectures.
• Experience in delivery management tools such as Agile methodologies (Scrum) or Waterfall approach.
