Associate Director - Sales

Requirements:

• Strong technology knowledge and interest.
• Preferably, the candidate should have worked in a Product Engineering Services company.
• Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end, including qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
• Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for sales.
• Strongly preferred: anyone who has some prior experience selling engineering services in the core areas that Calsoft focuses on would be preferred: Infrastructure, storage, virtualisation, networking, telecom, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI/ML/Analytics, digital product engineering, etc.
• Should have adequate exposure to India-based product engineering environment and processes so that the candidate can work closely and collaboratively with the engineering and sales teams in India.
• Must have the ability to create, develop and sustain relationships at the CTO/VP Engineering levels at prospective client companies.
• Prior experience in selling outsourced product development services is desirable.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and team handling capabilities.
