Job Description

Define sector strategy (high-rise, data center, healthcare\/commercial) and capability roadmap; align with enterprise goals and market demands.

Lead design excellence programs-audits, KPIs, benchmarks, lessons learned; reduce rework and elevate first-time-right delivery.

Approve high-risk designs (complex pump rooms, large tanks, special hazard systems-water mist, foam, clean agent); sign off redundancy topologies and resilience strategies.

Drive digital delivery and automation (model-based QA, rule-based checks, calculation libraries); champion interdisciplinary integration and model federation.

Represent the firm at industry bodies, standards committees and conferences; publish thought leadership and technical white papers.

Cultivate executive client relationships and oversee strategic bids and negotiations.
