The Keka Partner Organization is a strategic growth lever operating a partner ecosystem across distributors, resellers, technology / ISV partners, and referral partners (CAs, HR consultants, payroll bureaus, advisors).

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in partnership management
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth through partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
