Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 14–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines: talent management, OD, performance, ER, and compensation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
