Associate Director Highways

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of highways projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop designs, and manage budgets.
• Provide technical guidance on highway design, construction methods, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 14-22 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of highways design principles, including road geometry, drainage systems, and pavement design.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Experience working on Open Roads software for highway design is an asset.
