Associate Director Commercial Insights and Analytics Immunology

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the India-based Commercial I&A Immunology team
• As part of the Commercial Global Capabilities Center (GCC) I&A leadership team, drive innovation, best practices and collaboration across team(s)
• Develop people from both a functional skills and leadership perspective, with the goal of growing internal talent
• Lead the assessment of brand and market performance, integrating multiple data sets (sales, claims, market research and competitive intelligence) to shape a comprehensive outlook of business and opportunity areas
• Lead hypothesis-driven analyses to address critical business questions, identify key performance drivers, and guide business decisions
• Design and evolve performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs and executive dashboards, to a) provide a single, actionable view of brand performance across stakeholders, and b) identify data gaps, and collaborate with data management teams to enhance data infrastructure
• Assess and implement novel methodologies and frameworks to garner meaningful insights to enhance brand differentiation and impact across highly competitive markets and disease categories
• Incorporate competitive intelligence and primary market research into ongoing analyses to provide a holistic view of Immunology business
• Provide strategic oversight and problem-solves across Commercial I&A Immunology team

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced SQL and data analytics skills, with comfort accessing data across a variety of platforms
• Experience with user interfaces, including Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
• Experience with Snowflake preferred
