Associate Director Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities by engaging CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CMOs, and other senior executives.
• Drive account research, ICP-based targeting, and personalised outreach strategies.
• Build and optimise outbound processes, prospecting sequences, and account-based campaigns.
• Track KPIs, meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline contribution through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Mentor team members, establish performance metrics, and drive consistent results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1015 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, SDR/BDR leadership, business development, or demand generation.
• Mandatory experience in IT services, technology services, SaaS, consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software.
• Strong experience targeting US-based enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Proven expertise in executive-level prospecting, cold outreach, qualified meeting generation, and pipeline development.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams and driving performance against KPIs.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
