• Evaluation of property to determine its potential value and adopting best auction strategy
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract potential buyers
• Conduct Property Site Visits with buyers and manage Buyer relationships to drive successful sales outcome.
• Educate potential bidders on the auction process
• Work closely with Real estate agents for finding buyers
• Should ready to travel to property locations irrespective of region
• Maintain Site Visit reports and other MIS related to Property disposal
