We are seeking a motivated and curious Entry-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who enjoy building customer-facing applications, scalable backend services, and data-driven solutions. The engineer will contribute across frontend, backend, cloud, big data, and emerging AI-powered experiences while learning industry best practices from experienced mentors.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and services.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Work with JVM-based applications and services to support enterprise-scale workloads.
- Contribute to data processing and analytics solutions using distributed computing technologies.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent search, chat experiences, recommendations, and workflow automation into applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and operational excellence activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of software engineering experience (internships, projects, research, or full-time experience).
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
- Understanding of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and client-server architecture.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Frontend
- React, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- TypeScript and component-based application development.
- Responsive and accessible UI development.
Backend & JVM
- Experience with Java and the JVM ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and distributed systems concepts.
Data & Analytics
- Basic understanding of Apache Spark and large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL concepts, and batch/stream processing.
- Exposure to SQL optimization and data modeling.
AI & Intelligent Applications
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and AI application integration.
- Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search concepts.
- Interest in building AI-powered user experiences and productivity solutions.
Cloud & DevOps
- Familiarity with AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
