Associate - DEI

We are looking for a candidate who can drive DEI, Ethics, and POSH initiatives across the organization through awareness campaigns, employee engagement, policy communication, training programs, and culture-building initiatives. The role will lead and support workplace investigations, partner with stakeholders to foster an inclusive, respectful, safe, and ethical workplace, and drive governance, compliance, reporting, employee advocacy, and continuous improvement efforts. Strong skills in stakeholder management, investigations, communications, facilitation, analytics, and program management are preferred.
