Job Title: Junior Project Manager - Generative AI

Years of Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with a strong foundation in Generative AI. The ideal candidate will assist in managing projects that leverage AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-driven projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Support the development of training materials and user guides for AI applications.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or technology-related projects.
