Essential Job Functions

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Document contact topics and actions in tools.
• Handle difficult customer interactions positively and escalate issues correctly.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates and graduates may apply.
• Experience: Freshers to less than 24 months for U1; more than 24 months for U2.
• Voice experience will be considered at 100% weightage; non-voice/backend experience will be considered at 50% weightage.
• Excellent voice communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Job location: Bangalore, Electronic City.
• Employment type: Full-time / Permanent, Work from Office.
• Two-way transportation will be provided.
• Interview process: HR screening, typing test, SVAR assessment (minimum score 60), Operations round, and HR / offer discussion.
