The primary job responsibility of a Jr. Associate/Associate is to ensure that all pricing conditions for defined countries are analyzed and reviewed on time based on the pricing policies before loading them into the system.
The Opportunity The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer pricing is to create customer conditions in ERP system as requested by the Sales Team abiding to pricing policies and provide the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and Country Managers to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field will be preferable)
- Microsoft Office applications - Excel. MS Access
- Experience 1 to 2+ years experience with similar job duties
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; basic VBA and visualization tools like Power BI; Python will be an added advantage.
- Ability to think analytically, with strong critical thinking and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
- Customer-centric mindset with ambition to deliver value.
- Time management and prioritization; ability to coordinate tasks for yourself and with others; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and continually improve knowledge.
- Creative thinking to foster innovation; develops better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things.
- Open to others' ideas and customer-focused; motivated to deliver value in every interaction.
- Flexible to work from Office/Hybrid model.
- Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems.
- Responsible for creating customer conditions in ERP systems, abiding by set policies and procedures. Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.
- Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate).
