Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate for our Custody & Capital Market Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of custody operations and support capital market transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of custody operations and capital market transactions.
- Support the reconciliation of securities and cash balances.
- Process and maintain accurate records of client transactions and accounts.
- Coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to custody services and market operations.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to capital market operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in custody operations, capital markets, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and market operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
