POSITION : ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR

Locations: Chennai & Bangalore

Position Details

• Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (full-time)
• Age: 25 - 40 years
• Experience: Candidates with 23 years of experience preferred. Freshers can also apply.
• Salary: 20,000–35,000 per month, based on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads and follow up promptly to convert enquiries into branch walk-ins.
• Handle social media pages and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the digital media team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Take on new digital marketing activities and related responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Chennai: Fluency in English and Tamil
• Bangalore: Fluency in English and Kannada
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Drive
• Experience in overseas education counselling will be an added advantage

• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
