Associate Counsellor / Tele sales - Study Abroad

Pathorient is a study abroad consultancy helping students with admissions, IELTS guidance, university selection, application support, and visa assistance.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Associate Counsellor / Tele Sales executive to handle student inquiries, follow up with leads, counsel students about study abroad options, and support the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with student leads generated through online and offline sources.
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission process.
• Explain services such as IELTS, admission guidance, documentation, and visa support.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested students and convert leads into walk-ins and enrollments.
• Record student interactions properly in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the counselling and operations team for smooth application processing.
• Handle telecalling, appointment fixing, and basic student query resolution.
• Support marketing and outreach activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Candidate with Direct sales orientation would be preferred
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, education, or admission support preferred.
• Freshers with strong speaking ability and interest in counselling may also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM/tools like Google Sheets.
• Candidates with interest in education consultancy and international admissions will be preferred.
