T9L is seeking a PR Content Marketing Associate for a 3-month, full-time, extendable contract to support visibility, storytelling, and content operations across our MarTech SaaS portfolio. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in PR, content strategy, and competitive benchmarking within a fast-paced startup studio. You will assist the PR Content Marketing Lead in researching industry trends, producing high-signal content, coordinating press activities, and maintaining consistent communication across channels. Your work will directly contribute to positioning our products as category-leading solutions in the MarTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Narrative Research Support: Assist in researching competitors, market trends, and product differentiators to support narrative development and benchmarking activities.
- PR Coordination: Help coordinate press outreach, maintain media lists, support announcement planning, and track coverage across portfolio startups.
- Content Execution: Assist in turning product insights into simple, engaging stories by drafting and repurposing content across blogs, social platforms, newsletters, and press materials.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Track industry updates, competitor content, and emerging topics in MarTech and SaaS to inform storytelling angles and content opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content metrics, engagement, and media pickup, compile weekly reports, and recommend optimizations based on performance signals.
- Cross-Functional Assistance: Collaborate with Growth, BD, Product, and Community teams to gather insights, user wins, and updates that can be shaped into narratives or PR opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, content writing, communications, or digital marketing; SaaS/MarTech exposure is a plus.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Interest in competitive research, market trends, and positioning frameworks.
- Comfort drafting content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, newsletters, press notes).
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and eagerness to experiment with new storytelling formats.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
