Role Description The Associate Consultant role is a full-time The Associate Consultant will support client engagements by gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and assisting in the design and configuration of Zoho-based solutions across HR functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include Implementation, Support, Consulting and preparing documentation such as SOPs and process flows. The role involves collaborating with senior consultants, conducting client meetings and training sessions, and supporting changes and adoption activities. The Associate Consultant will also help track project progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal consulting methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze business processes, document requirements, and support solution design across HR operations.
- Comfort working with cloud-based business applications, familiarity with Zoho or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and training support.
- Attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and capability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Post Graduation degree in business, management, HRM or Organizational Psychology, Bachelor's degree in E ngineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Interest in consulting, digital transformation with willingness to learn and upskill.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with clients and colleagues.
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting, process improvement, or implementation is beneficial.
