Job Summary
Associate Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - RISK - PROCESS & CONTROLS - Bangalore
Responsibilities - Lead on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out works, including bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and custom detailing
- Support fit-out lead in planning and execution to align design deliverables with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly cashflow reports and weekly progress reports.
- Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely availability and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate between site and office teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Review and certification of interim and final invoices submitted by venders, co-ordination with venders/sub-contractors/ consultants
- Manage and coordinate building services, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Bachelor of Technology Civil Engineering
- Project Management (6+ years)

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
