Job Summary
The opportunity: Associate Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Gurgaon
National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.
Your key responsibilities - Technical Excellence: Support the execution of ABAC compliance audits and forensic investigations through document review, transaction testing, third-party due diligence checks, expense claim review, data analysis, evidence collation and preparation of audit workpapers. Assist in identifying red flags related to bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, vendor payments, government interactions and policy violations. Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Legal and HR teams for information gathering, issue tracking and remediation follow-up, while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, professional skepticism and strong documentation discipline.
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for people who are agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
