What we need you to contribute to Ensono:
- Design, build, and support ServiceNow-centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
- Develop and operate AWS-based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team s integration platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks

- Hands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations using:

- IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- Scripted logic and custom actions
- Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST-based authentication and error handling
- Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
- Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures for operational use
