    Reporting to: Manager Client Experience

  4. Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  5. Maintain systems and tools for operational effectiveness
  6. Create status reports and call/meeting recaps to update clients and colleagues
  7. Understand how client deliverables impact the client & business

  9. Demonstrated problem solving skills (e.g.research, organize findings, communicate effectively)
  10. Knowledge of digital platforms, tools and solutions
  11. Knowledge of basic agency capabilities and offerings

  14. Experience:
  15. 1-1.5 years in Public Relations and understanding of Technology, Corporate sectors would be an advantage.
