Associate Civil Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Construction Management: Coordinate and ensure implementation of civil/structural works as per the agreed construction schedule, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality standards.
  
• Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and clients for necessary design inputs and review all design submittals for buildability.
  
• Certify contractors' monthly RA bills based on work executed; review daily/weekly progress reports; coordinate with contractors' engineers and supervisors and develop action plans to address delays in work progress.
  
• Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) measures as per standard operating procedures.
  
• Drive team development by training and mentoring junior executives, focusing on resource optimization, value engineering, and knowledge sharing.
  
• Support the bidding team for new projects through quantification, preparation of working drawings, and related activities

Preferred candidate profile

7+ total years of experience in building and infrastructure projects

Bachelors degree in civil engineering
