Associate Center Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, cross-sell products, and upsell services to customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, providing personalized guidance on workout plans and nutrition advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in retail or related field (fitness industry preferred).
• Strong skills in cross sales, upselling, and retail management.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
