Hiring Associate Centre Manager for Nelamangala Location

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Oversee sales team performance, setting targets and goals, and conducting regular coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all aspects of center management.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in a similar role within the fitness industry or related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong retail sales background with ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
