Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
• Oversee counter sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in retail sales or related field (fitness & wellness industry preferred).
• Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective customer relationship management.
• Strong understanding of counter sales principles and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
