Associate Center Manager

Candidate Persona and Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of customer facing sales experience
• Graduation or Diploma must be completed
• Candidates currently pursuing Graduation/Diploma cannot be considered, including those pursuing through distance learning
• Good communication skills in English
• Age criteria: 23 - 35 years
• Bike is mandatory
• Must be comfortable with sales/target oriented responsibilities
• Must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays
• Must be comfortable with both straight and split shifts

Shift Timings

On most days, candidates will be assigned a straight shift:

• Morning: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evening: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Based on business requirements, candidates may be assigned a split shift:

• Morning: 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM
• Evening: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits - PAN India

• CTC: 3.45 LPA
• Uncapped performance-based incentives, typically in the range of 15k-30k or more, depending on performance
