Role: Associate Category Manager

Location: Jodhpur / Jaipur

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an analytical and execution-oriented Associate Category Manager. You will work closely with the Category leadership to manage the day-to-day operations of specific course categories, ensuring product-market fit and operational work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support category planning, launch and growth strategy
• Track daily/weekly category performance metrics (revenue, leads, enrollments, conversion)
• Coordinate with faculty and content teams for course creation and updates
• Assist in pricing, oAers and campaign planning
• Conduct competitor and market analysis
• Ensure timely course launches and quality delivery
• Prepare dashboards and management reports Requirements:
• Bachelors degree from a reputed institute.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• High ownership and a "get-things-done" attitude.
