Job Information

As an Associate in Buying & Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the procurement and promotion of products to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction. With 1 to 3 years of experience in the industry, you will bring valuable insights and support to the buying and merchandising team through your analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the creation and execution of buying plans based on market trends and consumer demand.

2.Analyze sales data and forecasting to optimize inventory levels and product availability.

3.Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.

4.Monitor and track product performance, making recommendations for promotions or markdowns as needed.

5.Work closely with merchandising team to ensure product assortments meet customer needs and align with brand strategy.

6.Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

7.Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.

8.Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and inventory projections.

9.Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform buying decisions.

10.Provide administrative support to the buying and merchandising team as needed.
