Associate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure administer and support middleware platforms such as WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Tomcat
• Deploy applications across development test and production environments
• Monitor middleware servers and ensure optimal performance and availability
• Troubleshoot application middleware and infrastructure related issues
• Perform server upgrades patching and maintenance activities
• Configure and maintain web servers SSL certificates and load balancers
• Work closely with application database and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools
• Support incident problem and change management processes as per ITIL standards
• Maintain technical documentation deployment procedures and operational runbooks
