About the Role:

WTF is looking for an Associate to join the Brand & Communications team, working across Nikhil Kamath's platforms and the WTF ecosystem - the podcast, social, community, and events. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants real ownership early. You'll be the person making sure things ship on time and nothing falls through the gaps - not a support role, a running-the-machine role.

What you'll own:

• Press releases for every WTF Podcast episode - written, shipped, and tracked for pickup
• Weekly social media monitoring and reporting (Talkwalker), including flagging shifts in sentiment
• The day-to-day content calendar across platforms - research posts, news-tied stories, consistent hygiene posting
• The WTF social page itself, growing it from the ground up
• PR and comms for The Foundery and WTF Offline events
• Community building - identifying and activating fan communities

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Have 2-4 years in PR, communications, or social media (agency or in-house)
• Can run a process end-to-end without needing to be chased
• Write cleanly and fast - press releases don't wait
• Want to grow into strategy, not just stay in execution

Based in Mumbai. Reports to the Senior Lead, Brand & Communications.
