Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling asset management of the target for the investment made by the private equity or strategic clients.
• Analyze financial and operational data, including accounting records and cost data
• Analyze cost data, compare with the budget and conduct discussion with the Management of the target.
• Verified vendor payments in terms of financial check and prepared detailed monthly performance reports.
• Preparation of monthly Power Point (PPT) report based on the performance of the target company.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
• Tracking of Legal Status
• reparation of Cash flow statements
• Sound Knowledge of MS Excel
• Review of customer Files, Rate and receipts, Demand Tracking etc.
