Associate Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Windows-based software and applications.
• Provide technical support for applications deployed across operational sites.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Registry, Windows Services, system configuration, and application dependencies.
• Work with databases and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Support implementation and maintenance of digitization/imaging applications.
• Diagnose and resolve application, software, and system-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for application implementation and troubleshooting.
• Perform application testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation related to installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Support business/operations teams in resolving technical issues related to imaging and digitization workflows.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Windows Registry and Windows Services.
• Good knowledge of Databases and SQL Queries.
• Hands-on experience in Windows-based software installation and implementation.
• Experience in Digitization / Imaging domain.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
