Associate Application Developer (Python)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in python development
• Strong proficiency in Python for back-end development, including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and related tools
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases is mandatory
• Familiarity with AWS services (an advantage)
• Understanding of data handling and analysis
• Exposure to supervised/unsupervised learning concepts and common algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees)
• Understanding of design thinking principles and UI/UX concepts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications using Angular, React, or Vue.js for the front end
• Work directly in AWS, leveraging cloud services to optimize application performance and scalability (AWS experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Develop algorithms and solutions to address complex technical challenges
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
