Associate Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst is responsible for driving data-based decision-making by converting complex

business, operational, or financial data into actionable insights. The role requires advanced

analytical skills, strong technical capability in Excel and SQL, stakeholder management, and

the ability to work independently while guiding junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business drivers.

Build analytical models, frameworks, and business cases using Excel and SQL.

Prepare insight-driven dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

2. Business Problem Solving AND Reporting & Visualization

Translate business challenges into analytical problem statements.

Deliver clear, actionable recommendations backed by data.

Develop automated dashboards using tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Convert SQL outputs into intuitive visualizations and reports.

Maintain KPI frameworks and standard operating reports.
