Associate Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to banking products and services.
• Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling of bank's products and services to existing customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in spoken English language (Business English).
• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle voice processes effectively.
• Strong understanding of basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
