About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the financial services industry.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes through process improvement initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for risk management activities by analyzing data and identifying potential issues.
Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word) with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS).
