Associate Analyst Non Voice

HOT VACANCY | ASSOCIATE ANALYST NON-VOICE | GURUGRAM

We are hiring Associate Analysts for a non-voice, non-technical content workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compare hotel prices received through partner price feeds with the prices displayed on partner booking websites.
• Identify and classify price matches and mismatches accurately.
• Verify the complete booking itinerary, including:
• Hotel and stay details
• Number of adults
• Stay duration (minimum 1 night)
• Base price
• Taxes and fees
• Additional/local charges
• Perform daily workflow activities within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and escalate priority issues whenever required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling repetitive/high-volume tasks.
• Stay updated with process changes, system updates and new requirements.
• Follow defined processes and contribute to maintaining a good customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Good command of basic arithmetic and percentage calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic written/email communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and make logical decisions based on available information.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes, systems and business requirements.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
