Associate Analyst_Non Technical/ Non Voice

Role & responsibilities

Review and compare hotel prices received through partner price feeds against prices displayed on hotel booking websites.

• Identify and classify cases as Match or Mismatch based on total pricing, including base rates, taxes and additional fees.
• Verify booking details, including itinerary accuracy, number of adults and length of stay.
• Identify hidden taxes, local charges and discrepancies in pricing.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily assigned tasks.
• Identify and escalate process-related issues whenever required.
• Follow process guidelines, maintain quality standards and adapt to process updates.
• Contribute towards improving process efficiency and customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience are welcome.
• Good logical reasoning and numerical aptitude, especially percentage calculations.
• Basic computer knowledge and email writing skills.
• Good attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates should be adaptable, quick learners and comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
